25% extra for brand new handsets is at our discretion. The phone must be completely new and unused. It must be boxed with all original accessories and memory card if it came with one. The system automatically adds 25% when you select 'New' Handset during the trade in process.
If your handset is not new when stated we will offer the current web price.
Price offered assumes handset is GRADE A condition. If your phone has significant signs of wear and tear, scratches and or marks we may contact you with a reduced offer. If you do not accept our offer we can return the phone to you but at your cost.
Your phone must switch on, make and receive calls and all aspects of your phone must be completely functional. i.e bluetooth, camera, video etc.
If your phone arrives in a faulty condition we will contact you immediately and make a reduced offer to buy your phone. We can always return the phone to you but at your cost. (please note we can not return any lose accessories with your handset i.e chargers, cables etc)
If we receive no response to our offer we automatically pay the amount offered without further notice.
Your phone must not have any physical damage unless stated and agreed.
Quotations are valid for fourteen days.
Payments are processed within seven days by BACS. Once transfered it can take a further three working days for the funds to reach your account meaning a possible ten days before payment is received.
If you have the box, charger and accessories with the phone please send them to us. Although this does not increase the value of your phone we can recycle them too.
Please use our FREEPOST service if your phone is not valuable and obtain a certificate of posting from your post office. If you want to send it to us using Recorded post or Special Delivery the address is provided with our confirmation email and contact us page. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items being lost, damaged or stolen and always recommend using recorded post or special delivery.
Please carefully package your phone making sure that the charger cannot damage the phone in anyway. You can do this by using bubble wrap and a padded envelope.
We do not under any circumstances buy blocked or barred phones as these phones have been reported lost or stolen. If we receive a blocked or barred handset it will be given to the Police together with your name and address.
The Phone Buyer reserves the right to withdraw its offer at any time without notice and return your handset to you. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any handset received and return it to you.
