My phone is brand new. How do I get 25% more for it?

As long as your phone meets our terms and conditions for the 25% more offer you can select the tick box during the trade in process and it will add on 25% more for you automatically.

How do I get my phones to you?

Once you have entered all of the information required we send you an email with simple instructions, a reference, our full postal address and a copy of the agreement. If you need further assistance please contact us.

My phone is not listed on the system?

New models are being released everyday and whilst we try to keep up with manufacturers sometimes we will need to update our system with a new model. Please contact us and we will give you a price for your phone and update our system.

Do I pay for the postage?

No. We have a FREEPOST address for you to send your phones in to us. However, if your phone is valuable we always recommend using recorded post or special delivery. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs for using these services please read our terms & conditions.

Is there a limit on the number of phones I can send?

There is no limit. All we ask is that if you are sending several phones to contact us first as we may be able to provide a courier at no extra cost.

What do I send with my phone?

Please send everything you have. Including the box, charger, manual and any accessories as we can use these too. If you don’t have them, don’t worry. We will accept handsets on their own.

My phone is locked to a network, can I still send it in?

Yes.

How do I know you have received my phone?

You can track your order with us online at anytime. We also send an email confirming receipt of your phone the moment it is received.

When do I get paid?

We guarantee payment within seven days. We transfer the money directly to your bank account by BACS. (Once transferred payments can take up to three days to clear in your account).

How long is my order valid for?

Once you have completed the online process and we have sent you a confirmation email the order is valid for fourteen days. After this the price may alter. Please read our terms & conditions.
